Livestream requirements

Recommended devices:

• Recommended Android OS device: "Samsung Galaxy S" running Android 12.
• Recommended iPhone iOS device: "Apple iPhone 12" or newer, running iOS 16.

Other recommendations:

• For the best results during live streaming, it's crucial to maintain a highly stable connection, preferably over a strong WiFi network.
• We recommend conducting a connection speed test on-site before live streaming. You can perform this test by visiting the following link: Fusion Connect Speed Test.
• It is highly advisable to have both a stable power supply and a backup power source in place.
• Be sure to use the latest version of the app.
• We recommend using a device equipped with a built-in microphone featuring noise cancellation capabilities, or alternatively, an external microphone for optimal performance.
• We recommend utilizing a tripod stand.

Minimum Requirements:

• App version 2.3.0+ downloaded from Apple AppStore or Google Play Store.
• Google Android 8+ capable mobile device or Apple iOS 15+ mobile device.
• Full HD camera.
• WiFi or 4G+ capability (see internet connection requirements).
• 6GB+ Ram for Android devices.
• The device must support a H.264 / H.265 hardware encoder (supported on most phones).
• Please be aware that we currently do not support Huawei devices or devices operating on HarmonyOS!

Internet connection:

• Stable 4G / 5G mobile connection or a WiFi connection.
• Network latency 5ms or lower.
• Upload speed of 10mbps or faster.
• If using a mobile connection, ensure that you meet the data transfer rates of your carrier. During a 1-hour livestream, the data transferred typically falls within the range of 1 to 2 gigabytes (GB).
